CLASSES
Our group classes are open to all fitness levels. The Vault’s unique training formats are broken down to cover the 4 main fitness components: Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardiovascular & Functional Flexibility.
Our weekly training program is designed specifically to ensure each day has an individual focus and training method.

At The Vault 164 we have a dedicated personal training area and our team of top coaches are a great way to help you develop your fitness further on a 1 to 1 basis. Whether you want to fine tune your techniques or just need some extra accountability, our trainers will design a programme to suit your needs.
